Cost Considerations
Group transport is almost always more cost-effective per person than individual transfers. A 16-seat minibus from Heathrow to Farnborough costs less per head than four separate executive saloons, while still arriving together and dropping at the same point.
For larger groups, a coach can transport 50 people for less than the cost of 10 individual cars.
That said, the cheapest option isn’t always the right one. Mixing senior executives with junior staff in the same minibus can be awkward. Sometimes the right answer is one executive vehicle for senior leaders plus a minibus for the rest of the team.
Timing and Coordination
