Please read the booking instructions below:

• If the drop off or pick up is around a large event e.g football, music, arena etc then please email before booking online because we may have to a small charge due to the extra traffic and time.
• Just to make you aware our company has a minimum fare rate, if it seems expensive for a short journey that may be the reason why.
• If you think the price showing is not correct or you are not happy with the price then feel free to email, there may be a problem with the system and we could verify the price over email to set your mind at ease.
• The Executive Car or MPV selection: You will be sent a car e.g tesla / mercedes or a MPV which would be a Mercedes V class / Vito all depends on availabilty, passenger and luggage amount. Drivers are smart dressed but not shirt and tie unless asked to be.
• If you want any other type of vehicles: Electric car or 16 seater minibus etc please email for a quote.
• When you book online you will recieve a receipt for deposit payment which is a confirmation of booking, you may not here from us until we have assigned you a driver which may be within a week of your booking etc. You can contact us to confirm everything is ok if you would reassurance.
• When booking you can only pay the deposit online and then you pay rest of the balance to the driver as cash or card on the day.
• When selecting your pick up time if your arriving at an airport, port, train station etc please put in the arrival time and any further information i.e flight number.
• When selecting address please start with your house number and when selecting an airport please choose the correct terminal if available.
• When selecting the vehicle, double check the amount of passengers and luggage are correct. Please make sure the amount of luggage is correct, if it isn't correct it may not fit in the vehicle.
• The price you see is the price you pay, all tolls and drop off charges are included.
• Any additional stops / drop offs that is not within the booking may incur additional charges depending on the driver.
